Sweeney established SR Consulting, LLC on January 21, 2002.  We are a full service Civil Engineering, Planning and Zoning firm that is certified with Tennessee Uniform Certification Program (TNUCP), Mid-South Minority Business Council (MMBC), The Uniform Certification Agency (UCA) and we are also a Shelby County locally owned small business (LOSB).  We employ 3 Registered Professional Engineers, as well, a Planning and Design Coordinator, Senior Designer, and Support Staff.  We also provide a full range of technical services for our clients.
